Role Summary:
The Branch Manager at Faham Doors is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets, overseeing showroom operations, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and professionalism. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments, maintaining showroom standards, and ensuring the effective use of ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve personal and showroom sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and improve overall sales performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to sales team members.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports as required by management.
- Update daily sales reports for walk-in customers and weekly marketing “source type” reports.
- Provide bi-monthly reports on salesman documentation performance and follow-up.
- Study and analyze contractor performance and provide monthly feedback to management.
- Maintain the ambience and cleanliness of the showroom according to Faham Doors standards and policies.
- Act as the point of contact for the respective branch, ensuring showroom operations run smoothly.
- Assist the marketing department with all requirements from the respective branch.
- Supervise and coordinate employee issues and requests for the respective branch.
- Monitor and maintain employee discipline, presentability, attendance, and behavior.
- Train and assist new employees to ensure their success at Faham Doors.
- Ensure proper usage of ERP systems and continuous follow-up for self and sales team.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with contractors and customers.
- Timely follow-up with contractors for new leads and existing potential projects.
- Ensure Faham Doors Terms and Conditions are clearly communicated to customers.
- Manage received payments from customers in a safe and effective manner.
- Adhere to and follow Finance department policies for payments and deposits.
- Responsible for maintaining petty cash and claiming reimbursement as per the SOPs of the accounts department.
- Solve issues and conflicts arising internally within the team and externally between the team and customers.
- Ensure that the team maintains a high standard of ethics and professionalism in line with Faham Doors culture.
- Communicate daily performance and events occurring in the showroom to management.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineers and monitor their tasks and weekly reports.
- Suggest improvements to Faham Doors processes, systems, and products.
- Ensure due diligence of purchase orders created by salesmen before forwarding them to the production team.
Responsible for handling any type of cash payment received from customers and depositing it in the bank within the given timeframe.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering background
Certifications: NA
Experience: 8 years experience in fitout background and retail sales
Skills:
Technical Skills:
Well versed with the site conditions and aware of the process of interior fitouts.
Soft skills:
Leadership, Team management, Presentable, good communication, problem-solving, organized, passionate, attention to detail
