Lead daily fleet logistics and coordinate premium vehicle dispatching Direct driver recruitment, development, and performance excellence Implement comprehensive vehicle care and safety protocols Create revenue optimization strategies and profit enhancement initiatives Maintain industry compliance and establish best practices Execute financial planning and expenditure oversight Cultivate partnerships with digital platforms and industry stakeholders Track and analyze operational metrics for continuous improvement
What You'll Bring:
- Proven track record in transportation management for 8+ years’ experience
- Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making skills
- Dedication to delivering exceptional client experiences
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline
· Completed training as a businessman for forwarding and logistics services preferred
· Experience in scheduling or in freight forwarding in general
· Independent and systematic way of working
· Confident use of MS Office/ERP System experience
· Last Mile relative Experience / knowledge
