Position: Human Resources Officer
Overview: Responsible for supporting core HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll & benefits administration, and coordinating training initiatives. The role requires strong bilingual capabilities (Arabic & English) to effectively serve a diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer letter
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and new employee orientation
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews
Employee Relations
- Act as first point of contact for employee
- Support conflict resolution and grievance handling
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives
- Facilitate communication
Payroll & Benefits
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration
- Assist with health insurance coordination and leave management
- Help maintain accurate employee records
Performance Management
- Support performance review processes
- Assist with probation period evaluations
- Help managers set and track KPIs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years HR experience
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office
