Role Summary
Coaching, Managing and directing the Supervisors, team leaders, installers to achieve the desired quality on time with the maximum customer satisfaction. And to run the improvement, training, motivation process continuously. In addition to keep the right communication between operations and other departments.

Qualifications
Education Bachelor of Engineering Civil / Architectural 
Certifications Preferable PMP 
Experience 7 years – Fit out  / Projects / Operations

Languages Arabic , English , Hindi /Urdu

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Passion for software products
  • Perfect written English
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Valid work permit for Belgium

Nice to have

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Additional languages
  • Google Adwords experience
  • Strong analytical skills
