Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development: Develop comprehensive training programs for installation workers, covering both theoretical and practical aspects.
Hands-On Training Sessions: Conduct hands-on training sessions to ensure installation workers are proficient in the use of tools, materials, and installation techniques.
Safety Training: Integrate safety training into installation programs, ensuring that workers adhere to safety protocols and standards during installations.
Continuous Quality Audits: Regularly conduct quality audits on the installation teams in the field and periodic assessments of the factory production line to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
Quality Standards: Train installation workers on quality standards and expectations, emphasizing attention to detail and craftsmanship.
New Product Training: Keep installation teams updated on new products, materials, and installation techniques through ongoing training sessions.
Performance Assessment: Assess the performance and skill levels of installation workers regularly, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training methods and materials, incorporating feedback from installation teams.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and performance assessments for each installation worker.
Collaboration with Installation Managers: Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions for individual and group development. Collaborate with installation managers to identify specific training needs and tailor

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as
Education, Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.
Certifications: Any professional certification is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in
designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
Ability to analyze training needs, identify
solutions, and adapt training programs as needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and potentially other software related to training design and delivery.
