Guest Relation Executive - Showroom
Work Location : Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE
As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and a seamless experience. You will be responsible for guiding clients, coordinating with the sales team, maintaining showroom supplies, supporting the branch manager, and upholding our brand’s reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming Clients:
- Greet and welcome clients upon their arrival at the showroom.
- Ensure a friendly and professional first impression.
Client Distribution & Guidance:
- Identify whether the client is a first-time visitor or an existing customer.
- Direct them to the appropriate sales representative accordingly.
Data Collection & Reporting:
- Gather client information and feedback from the sales team.
- Prepare and maintain the daily walk-in report.
Showroom Supplies Management:
- Monitor and ensure the availability of showroom essentials.
- Coordinate with the relevant departments for replenishments.
Branch Manager Support:
- Assist the Branch Manager in daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Help with scheduling, documentation, and coordination as needed.
Brand Representation:
- Uphold and promote the company’s brand image.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Emirati National status with family book
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and well-presented demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
