Guest Relation Executive - Showroom

As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and a seamless experience. You will be responsible for guiding clients, coordinating with the sales team, maintaining showroom supplies, supporting the branch manager, and upholding our brand’s reputation.

Role Summary:

The Technical Engineer works on development, manufacturing, and installation of door products. This role primarily focuses on managing coversheet delivery and related tasks,
ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with quality standards. The Technical Engineer
collaborates closely with the Technical Lead and cross-functional teams to execute technical
processes and support project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coversheet Delivery:
Manage the timely delivery of coversheets required for door product
manufacturing, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure
availability and accuracy.

• Technical Support:
Provide technical assistance and support to internal teams, including
design, manufacturing, and installation, regarding coversheets and related technical
documentation.

• Documentation Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of
coversheets, including version control, revisions, and distribution to relevant stakeholders.

• Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures to verify the accuracy and integrity
of coversheets, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.

• Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize coversheet delivery

IT Specialist & Development 
The IT Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT  infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient IT operations across all company branches.  This role includes IT asset management, internal network security, Windows Server  administration, VPN and firewall management, data security, and supporting users with  troubleshooting and system configurations. Additionally, the IT Specialist will support ERP  development and customization using Python, ensuring system enhancements align with  business needs. 

Key Responsibilities 
IT Asset Management & Maintenance - Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT hardware and software. - Oversee the procurement, configuration, and maintenance of IT assets. - Perform routine updates and troubleshooting on IT equipment. 
New Hire Asset Preparation & Handover - Prepare and configure laptops, desktops, and peripherals for new employees. - Ensure proper installation of required software and security protocols. - Conduct IT onboarding sessions to familiarize new employees with company systems. 
Internal Network Security & Firewall Management - Manage and monitor internal network security. - Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot firewalls to prevent security threats. - Implement and enforce network security policies to protect company data.

security. - Experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, firewall security, VPNs, and IT asset  management. - Medium experience in Python for ERP development and customization, particularly in  Odoo. 
Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory. - Proficiency in firewall configuration and network security best practices. - Experience with VPN setup, troubleshooting, and remote access security. - Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration. - Knowledge of IP telephony, VoIP, and IVR systems. - Experience in data security, backup strategies, and cloud solutions. - Familiarity with CCTV surveillance systems. - Strong understanding of Python programming for ERP customization (Odoo experience  preferred).
