The Site Engineer serves as the technical liaison between Faham Doors and clients, responsible for on-site measurements, client consultations, technical guidance, product introductions, and daily reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure superior customer satisfaction through professional and effective site consultations
- Collaborate efficiently with the lead Site Engineer to meet measurement requirements
- Report measurement discrepancies or issues immediately to supervising Site Engineer
- Verify accuracy of both preliminary and final site measurements
- Submit complete and precise documentation promptly following site visits
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical expertise
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly and effectively
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products and services during client interactions

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Technical Skills: Comprehensive understanding of site conditions and interior fit-out processes
- Soft Skills: Professional presentation, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, organizational aptitude, passion for the work, and detail orientation
- Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic
- Driving license is mandate
- UAE Experience is Mandate
